What we store
Your theme preference, cart, favorites, and recently viewed names are stored in your browser on this device. When you place an order, we process your name, email, and order details to arrange fulfillment, and we keep a support ticket with the contact information you provide.
Payments
Checkout collects your email address so we can generate your invoice and send order updates. Cryptocurrency payments are sent directly to our wallet address on your chosen network; we never see or store the private keys, seed phrases, or login credentials of any wallet you use.
Security logging
Our hosting provider automatically records standard connection data (such as IP address, browser, and time of visit) to operate the site and protect it from fraud and abuse. We may retain and share this data with law enforcement when investigating fraud or other unlawful activity targeting the site or its visitors.
Sharing
We share order and contact information with fulfillment partners and our payment provider only as needed to complete your order. We never sell or rent your information.
Your choices
Clear your browser data at any time to remove locally stored information. To request access, correction, or deletion of order or ticket data, contact support.
