When you can request a refund
Contact support with your order ID within 14 days of purchase if the transfer cannot be completed, the delivered handle does not match the listing, or you were charged more than once for the same order.
Review process
Each request is reviewed against the order status, transfer records, and payment-provider rules. Requests filed after fulfillment is confirmed are only eligible for the cases above.
Resolution
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method used at checkout. Crypto payments are refunded in the original currency where possible, and the payment provider may take 3 to 10 business days to release the funds.
