How transfers work
After your payment confirms, the order moves through identity checks, transfer preparation, delivery, and customer confirmation. You can follow every step live from your order page.
Timeline
Most transfers are completed within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. Orders flagged for additional verification may take longer, and the order page is updated as the transfer progresses.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact information, respond to verification requests within 48 hours, and secure the Telegram account that will receive the handle. Keep the receiving account protected with two-step verification.
Transfer issues
If a transfer cannot be completed, contact support with your order ID. Our team will review recovery, replacement, or refund options under the Refund policy.
